I would like to know if you are aware of The Future of Carbon Pricing: Implementing an independent carbon tax with dividends in the UK, the new report by the Policy Exchange, which promotes a populist carbon pollution tax.
Given this is something I support, I would like to know your thoughts on this and would appreciate you discussing it with Claire Perry, Minister of State for Energy and Clean Growth. Could you report back to me by letter. After that I would appreciate a meeting with you to discuss how this report will be taken forward.
